List of Lowe’s Salvage Liquidation Stores Near You

disclosure

Lowe’s retail stores are a one-stop shop for all home improvement needs and carries tools, appliances, power equipment, patio furniture, flooring, lighting, grills, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and vanities and so much more. But have you ever wondered what happens to all of the items that get returned to Lowe’s stores? These items become “Lowe’s Salvage Liquidation” that is sold off to brokers for resellers to buy. These resellers then sell these items to consumers for a fraction of the original retail selling price.

How To Tell What Are Lowe’s Salvage Items

Before I tell you where to find a Lowe’s salvage store near you, let me give you a few tips on how to spot Lowe’s salvage items at a salvage store near you.  There are two main ways to tell if the items being sold are Lowe’s salvage items: either by their return slips attached or by their brand names.

Lowe’s Salvage Slips

If you zoom into the photo above showing the Lowe’s salvage items, you’ll see small slips resembling cash register receipts. These salvage slips say the reason why the item was returned to a Lowe’s store or Lowe’s online. This can help you then decide if you want to buy to the item.

If the reason for the return was simply “changed mind” or “wrong color” or “too big”, you can be assured that the item is still usable in good condition. If the return reason was “missing a part” and you can still use the item (maybe you have that part at home or can buy inexpensively), then it may still be a good deal.

At a recent Liquidation Popup sale event, we sold a truckload full of bathroom vanities all for $25 each. Most of the sinks with them were broken or cracked, but the cabinets alone were worth way more than $25 each. Some retailed for over $2000 new so people were buying them for pennies on the dollar!

We have also sold liquidation scratch and dent appliances from Lowe’s. Most items were brand new and work perfectly, but they had cosmetic damage. Most people never see the sides of an oven, refrigerator, washing machine or dryer, so why pay retail when you can get it for a fraction of the cost?

Lowe’s Private Brands

Most likely you will know if the salvage items are from Lowe’s if the items are one of Lowe’s private brands (also known as “signature brands” or “owned brands”).
