Directions:
- Heat a skillet and place one tortilla down.
- Add cheese, turkey, and any extras.

3. Turkey Alfredo Bake
Creamy, cheesy, and so easy!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1–2 cups leftover turkey, chopped
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Directions:
- Mix cooked pasta, turkey, peas, Alfredo sauce, and seasoning.
- Pour into a baking dish and top with mozzarella.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm—total family favorite.
4. Turkey Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice (day-old is best)
- 1–2 cups chopped turkey
- 1 cup mixed veggies (fresh or frozen)
- 2 eggs
- Soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil
Directions:
- Scramble eggs in a skillet and set aside.
- Cook veggies, then add rice and turkey.
- Stir in soy sauce and garlic.
